The scheme has been started by the Youth Self-Employment and Women's Health Mission Trust Purvanchal Vikas Manch with the following objectives to educate the underprivileged youth of India towards self-employment, society and country.

• (02) To make aware of the ill effects of open defecation.
• (03) Motivating rural women to use sanitary pads and prevent infection.
• (04) To make pregnant women aware about proper eating advice and prevention from many diseases.
• (05) The objective of the organization is to motivate people to get prevention and booster dose from Kovid-19 and to make the health mission run by the government accessible to the masses.
